• Organizing procurement of equipment, software, and services related to SCADA, ERP, GPS monitoring, and other IT/security solutions
• Conducting negotiations with local and international suppliers; collecting and comparing quotations   
• Preparing and managing contracts and monitoring their execution
• Ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of purchase orders
• Analyzing supply chain risks and identifying alternative suppliers
• Coordinating with warehouse, technical, and project teams
• Preparing procurement reports and submitting them to management

Conditions:

• Workplace: Baku
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Salary: 1300 AZN

• Higher education (economics, logistics, management, or technical fields preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement (experience in IT or technology-related projects is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and time management skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
