- Create purchase orders and monitor the procurement process from start to finish;
- Communicate with suppliers, collect quotations, and conduct price comparisons;
- Identify and select the most suitable suppliers and negotiate contract terms;
- Conduct market and price research, analyze product availability and supply conditions;
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of required products;
- Oversee delivery, receiving, and quality control processes;
- Prepare procurement-related reports and present them to management.
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics;
- Knowledge of market analysis, price comparison, and procurement documentation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and/or English is an advantage;
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, initiative, and analytical thinking skills.
