  • Managing communication with suppliers on commercial, contractual, and documentation-related matters
  • Preparing, reviewing, and controlling procurement contracts, purchase orders (PO), and supporting documentation
  • Conducting price comparisons, commercial offer analysis, and supplier evaluations
  • Negotiating pricing, payment terms, contractual conditions, and amendments
  • Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of procurement documentation
  • Coordinating procurement documentation with Finance, Sales, and Administrative teams
  • Monitoring compliance with contractual terms and internal procurement procedures
  • Maintaining supplier records and documentation archives
  • Preparing procurement reports and summaries related to costs and supplier performance

Professional Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement
  • Experience in commercial or IT-related companies is a strong advantage

Proven hands-on experience in:

  • Supplier communication and negotiations
  • Contractual work and procurement documentation
  • Commercial terms management

Important:

  • This role requires prior hands-on experience in procurement and is best suited for a middle-level specialist

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Azerbaijani — fluent
  • Russian — confident working level (oral and written)
  • English — minimum B1, sufficient for written communication with suppliers and documents

Education

  • Higher education (procurement, economics, finance, business administration, or related fields)
