  • Support sales and pre-sales teams with product expertise, configuration, and competitive analysis;
  • Preparation of the technical specification in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani languages;
  • Timely management of pipelines and reports;
  • Drive product portfolio growth through collaboration with vendors and marketing teams;
  • Prepare quotations, product comparisons, and presentations for customers and partners;
  • Monitor stock levels, pricing trends, and promotional opportunities;
  • Represent the company and product lines at industry events, trade shows, and vendor training.

Tələblər

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Information Technology (or a related field);
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, presales, or business development within the IT hardware or consumer electronics industry (preferably laptops, PC components, or accessories).

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware architecture, components (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, motherboards, wireless and wired communications), and peripheral accessories;
  • Awareness of market trends, OEM/ODM product lines, and competitive positioning (e.g., HP, Lenovo, Dell, Acer, HyperX, Poly, ASUS, Huawei, Samsung, LG, SteelSeries, Razer, A4Tech, Logitech, Jabra, Plantronics, etc.);
  • Ability to provide technical consultations and product comparisons for B2B clients and channel partners.

Sales and Business Acumen

  • Proven ability to support presales processes — from customer needs analysis to product configuration and quotation;
  • Experience in forecasting, pricing, and product lifecycle management;
  • Ability to identify client and reseller needs and provide optimal solutions that align with business and vendor strategy.

Communication and Negotiation Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills when coordinating with vendors, distributors, and partners.

Strategic Thinking

  • Capable of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for laptop, component, and accessory portfolios;
  • Analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities, competitive gaps, and product positioning in target markets (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Central Asia).

Team Collaboration

  • Experience working with sales, marketing, and vendor management teams;
  • Ability to align pre-sales support with regional business goals and vendor KPIs.

Vendor & Client Relationship Management

  • Skilled in maintaining relationships with vendors and key partners to ensure smooth product flow and promotional activity;
  • Experience in vendor communication, joint planning, and coordinating marketing or training initiatives.

Tech Savvy

  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems for reporting and analytics;
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and new product lines in laptops, components, and accessories.

Travel and Flexibility

  • Willingness to travel for vendor meetings, client visits, and exhibitions when required.
