- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to position Crocusoft solutions across local and international markets;
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product growth and differentiation;
- Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored for different customer segments (B2B, B2C, Enterprise, Government);
- Plan and deliver product launches, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, design, and development teams;
- Build sales enablement materials, case studies, and presentations to support business development efforts;
- Manage content strategy across digital channels (website, LinkedIn, social media, email marketing) to drive engagement and lead generation;
- Track performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, LTV, etc.) and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI;
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate technical features into customer benefits.

Tələblər
- Strong understanding of product marketing, SaaS, and software industry trends;
- At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or related field;
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus);
- Ability to understand technical solutions and present them as business value to different audiences;
- Experience with marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Analytics, CRM systems);
- Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
