• Carrying out, following and developing the production and maintenance activities of the machinery & equipment to ensure that the planned production is carried out effectively;
• To organize the trainings of foreman, operators and technicians working on the machinery & equipment, to ensure the management of the employees;
• To develop people and process capability according to short-term and long-term needs;
• Plan, develop and realize protective and preventive maintenance programs in order to ensure compliance of 
  machinery & equipment;
• Ensure realization of planned production program, Carry out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process;
• Develop work safety procedures, make sure the team under supervision follows rules;
• Set up machine maintenances according to plan;
• Manage the spare parts stock level.
