- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resources;
- Ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards;
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals and enhance team collaboration;
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities;
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste;
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes;
- Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance and address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed;
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies;
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards;
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure that raw materials and finished goods are managed effectively;
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials;
- Develop and manage the production budget, monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost control;
- Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction;
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement;
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred);
- Proven experience in the field of Industrial Engineering, including at least 5 years of work experience in a leadership role;
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations;
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production scheduling tools;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – essential for technical documentation and communication. Russian language is an advantage.
