Realization of production schedule in order to provide the finished products with needs of sales and distribution;
Ensuring production activities are carried out within the operation expenses;
Managing preventive and productive maintenance programs via SAP PM Module in order to remain above target line efficiency in the production line;
Monitoring, improving and reporting efficiency use of raw materials, packaging materials and auxiliary substances;
Monitoring all KPIs that designated as the operation target of the CCI system;
Implementing GMP culture and principles to ensure production activities are carried out in clean, tidy, hygienic environment, ensuring continuity of GMP application;
Reporting non-conformities, enabling all corrective and preventive actions are taken;
Managing and improving subordinated team that consists of engineer, foremen and operators;
To coach the team members for their career management;
To make sure all production machinery and equipment, utilities are top notch maintained in line with SAP plant maintenance plans.
