- Establish, implement, and maintain integrated project control systems covering cost control, planning, scheduling, and progress measurement.
- Develop, manage, and control integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare, manage, and update project budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and cost control reports.
- Monitor project performance against approved baselines; identify schedule and cost variances, trends, and potential risks.
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate project performance reports, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries for management.
- Lead and coordinate project change management processes, including variation assessments, schedule and cost impact analysis, and claims support.
- Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and contracts teams to ensure alignment of plans and progress.
- Maintain and manage project risk and opportunity registers with specific focus on cost and schedule impacts.
- Support contractor performance monitoring, progress measurement, and verification of payment applications and invoices.
- Ensure full compliance with company project control procedures, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
- Promote best practices in project controls and support continuous improvement across the project team.

Conditions:
- Location: Gum Adasi, Baku, Azerbaijan
- Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)
- Transportation: Provided by the company via shuttle buses (to and from the office)
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls for offshore and/or onshore oil and gas projects.
- Strong expertise in cost control, planning, scheduling, and overall project performance management.
- Proficiency in project control tools and software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, or similar systems.
- Solid understanding of EPC/EPCIC contracting strategies and project execution methodologies.
- Proven experience in change control management, forecasting, and claims support.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
