• Facilitate scope development within project remit to meet project objectives with the project option that creates the maximum value
• Support Project Manager with the establishment and maintenance a fully documented change control system tracking all changes to Contracts and Project Baseline requirements
• Co-ordinate internally within a multi-disciplinary team (subsurface, drilling, facilities, HSE, commercial, procurement) and externally with engineering and construction service providers
• Support development of a project plan, schedule and budget in line with the defined objectives, ensuring that detailed schedules encompass the complete work scope
• Monitor and manage project schedules, milestones, progress reports, resources, cost estimates, and forecasts in partnership with Project Controls to ensure delivery within the plan
• Assists Project Manager with capturing lessons learnt at the end of the project or stage
• Ensure engineering effort meets company specifications and standards. Oversee technical reviews, stage gates, and assurance processes
• Identify risks at appropriate project stages and support risk management throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare progress reports and status updates as directed

• Bachelor’s degree in any of sub-surface or core (process, mechanical, E&I, civil) engineering or science disciplines
• 7-10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry as a project engineer or discipline engineer
• Good working knowledge of Upstream Industry, its processes and business eco system. Experience of brownfield expansions and tie-backs
• Preferably mixed experience including Owner/Operator and international EPCm organizations
• Membership or Chartered status with a recognized professional body is preferred
