• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution activities in accordance with project requirements and company standards;
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery;
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to optimize project performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary;
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams;
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle;
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred;
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Project Manage, preferably in the oil and gas industry, also experienced in working at EPC environment;
• Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project);
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., API, ASME, ANSI);
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable;
• Ability to travel to project sites as required;
• A long-term, full-time position;
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings;
• Proven experience in managing construction projects (mandatory).
