• As a Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Your primary focus will be leading initiatives that bring our new wellness pillars to life while ensuring that our gym chain expansion remains financially sustainable and operationally efficient as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Initiative Management: Lead and manage the integration of Push30’s core products and services with future strategic acquisitions to build a seamless, multi-pillar wellness ecosystem.
• Operational Optimization: Support the optimization of regional operations, including organizational structure changes, performance target setting and quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Expansion Efficacy Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of the financial effectiveness of ecosystem initiatives and gym chain expansion efforts to ensure efficient capital allocation.
• Cross-Regional Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact to ensure strategic alignment between the headquarters in Azerbaijan and regional teams in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

Location: Baku, Bayil Bay Kempinski

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or a similar role within a technology- or finance-driven organization.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to execution while maintaining clear timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities, with the ability to analyze financial data and operational KPIs to evaluate project success.
• Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams across different regions and cultural backgrounds.
• Mission Alignment: Genuine interest in health, wellness and longevity.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. An MBA or PMI certification (e.g., PMP) is considered an advantage.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani is required to coordinate effectively across core markets and global stakeholders.
