  • Lead the day-to-day execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate and supervise internal project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and alignment of responsibilities.
  • Monitor project progress through site inspections, schedule tracking, and KPI monitoring; identify potential delays, risks, and cost impacts, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly progress reports to the Development Director, including updates on budget status, schedule variances, risks, quality metrics, and site issues.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, environmental requirements, and company HSE policies.
  • Support the planning and pre-construction phase, including feasibility assessments, preliminary cost estimates, procurement inputs, and schedule development.
  • Review design packages, shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions to ensure constructability and compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage site logistics, resource allocation, sequencing of works, and interface coordination across multiple trades.
  • Oversee variation orders, change requests, and contractor claims, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with contractual terms.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned toward project objectives.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or arelated field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience managing construction, fit-out, or renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams, subcontractors, and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools).
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
