- Develop and implement purchasing and logistics strategies aligned with the company’s competitive objectives.
- Manage all procurement and logistics activities for production and service projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance.
- Plan and review production and investment needs in line with the annual budget.
- Identify, manage, and report corporate risks in purchasing and logistics; implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Ensure business continuity and sustainability of supply chain processes.
- Develop qualified supply sources, manage supplier performance, and conduct supplier risk management.
- Drive long-term collaborations within the supply chain ecosystem and oversee joint projects.
- Lead digitalization initiatives for suppliers and purchasing processes.
- Oversee tenders for goods, construction works, machinery, devices, services, and equipment.
- Ensure critical materials are delivered on time, meeting technical specifications, quality standards, and cost requirements.
- Optimize purchasing processes using lean and agile methodologies; measure and improve process performance.
- Manage contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, invoices, guarantee letters, and compliance with local and international trade regulations.
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and return logistics; oversee storage, shipping, customs, and inventory management.
- Monitor commodity prices, global and local market conditions, commercial laws, and regulations.
- Conduct SWOT analysis and benchmarking of purchasing and logistics processes.
- Plan and implement training and development programs to enhance purchasing management effectiveness.
- Ensure environmental sustainability in transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Execute additional responsibilities assigned by management in line with company interests.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, and logistics management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing complex procurement and logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, supply chain optimization, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, supply chain software, and digitalization initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
