- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
- Ensure compliance of construction, inspection, and laboratory activities with applicable ISO standards, project specifications, and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and control quality documents, including procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements.
- Monitor site quality activities, including material inspection, installation, and testing.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits and support external/third-party audits.
- Manage nonconformities (NCRs) and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure the validity, traceability, and integrity of laboratory test results and calibration of measuring/testing equipment.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints while ensuring an effective feedback handling system.
- Promote quality awareness, risk-based thinking, and a compliance culture across all departments and site activities.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, laboratories, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.
- Implement and maintain the document control system, ensuring proper identification, revision control, and secure storage of quality records.

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control or a related field.
- Good communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
- Proven experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience in ISO/IEC 17020 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 environments is considered an advantage.
- Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 preferred).
- Strong understanding of QMS processes, audit procedures, and risk-based thinking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under compliance and operational pressure without compromising quality decisions.
