Perform detailed final inspections including:

• Visual Checks: Inspect products for surface defects, dimensional conformity, cleanliness, surface treatment coating, and overall workmanship.
• Drift Test: Verify critical internal diameters and passageways using drift gauges to confirm tolerance compliance.
• Identification Marking: Ensure each product is correctly and clearly marked with traceable identification data such as heat numbers, serial numbers, batch codes, and part numbers according to customer and company standards.
• Nondestructive Examination (NDE): Execute MPI and LPI inspections to detect surface and near-surface defects like cracks, laps, and porosity, using calibrated equipment and certified procedures.
• Color Coding: Apply or verify color coding on products for material differentiation, inspection status, or quality classification as per established marking schemes.
• Documentation: Accurately record all inspection data, test results, and observations; prepare detailed inspection reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) where necessary; maintain compliance records for traceability.
• Verify calibration status and proper use of all inspection and NDE tools.
• Review of job file for the compliance to the process steps shown in the job route card including the availability of the process records.
• Communicate inspection findings promptly to Machine Shop and QA/QC departments.
• Ensure adherence to applicable API, ISO, and company quality management standards during inspection activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in inspection techniques and quality assurance processes.
• Perform various other duties assigned by QA/QC Supervisor and /or QA/QC Lead Inspector within the physical constraints of the job. 

• High School/ College or equivalent
• Technical Vocational Training or Diploma
• 5 Years QC Final Product Inspections in Mechanical or Engineering Discipline
• ASNT Level 2 Certificate in MPI and LPI
• Computer literature in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, hard working, Time & Stress Management Skills
• Working knowledge of relevant standards such as API, Premium thread Connection, and client specifications
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to quality control teams
