- Warmly and professionally welcoming and guiding guests,
- Proper and effective management of phone calls,
- Coordination of electronic correspondence and administrative procedures,
- Ensuring order and efficient information flow within the institution,

- Receiving incoming documents, letters, and packages and handing them over to the relevant departments,
- Operating office equipment (printer, scanner, telephone system),
- Performing daily administrative tasks and fulfilling management’s assignments.

Work Schedule: 12:00-19:00.
Salary: 600 AZN.
Employment: According to the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
