Receptionist Scope:
- Answer and transfer phone calls accordingly;
- Greeting guests and visitors when they arrive at the Company, accompanying them in the office;
- Receive incoming documents and direct them accordingly;
- Assist in administrative issues;
- Assist in booking meeting rooms, post information about upcoming training/event/meeting on the boards;
- Manage effectively other assigned tasks (Multitasking);
- Ensure access to the building for invited registered visitors etc.
Document Control Scope:
- Assist the DCC team with registration, logging, and tracking of incoming and outgoing documents in the
- Document Management System (DMS).
- Ensure documents are correctly labeled, filed, and archived according to document control procedures.
- Support document distribution to relevant stakeholders, ensuring version control and confidentiality.
- Assist in maintaining document registers, transmittals, and revision histories.
- Perform basic document quality checks (correct format, completeness, approvals).
- Support scanning, copying, indexing, and electronic filing of documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on missing or revised documents.
- Assist in preparing reports related to document status when required.
Tələblər
- At least 3 years of experience in the required field;
- Higher education in any field.
- Being aware of administrative and clerical procedures;
- Computer and related software skills;
- Language skills: fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
- Effective communication skills;
- Professional personal presentation;
- Data management;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Initiative skills and being trustworthy;
