- Manage execution, termination, and amendments of employment contracts in the E-MAS system and monitor the signing process
- Create positions and activate vacancies in Ə-MAS
- Process and monitor benefit applications via SSPF (maternity leave, loss of work capacity, partial parental leave)
- Prepare and approve monthly timesheets and payroll reports
- Monitor employee attendance, absences, and lateness
- Prepare the annual vacation schedule and coordinate leave planning with department managers
- Manage medical insurance processes, including cancellation for terminated employees and organization of annual check-ups
- Calculate final settlements for terminated employees
- Notify IT, Security, Finance, and Marketing departments regarding new hires, terminations, and position changes
- Send internal rules and procedures to newly hired employees
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Tələblər
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR compliance procedures
- Experience working with Ə-MAS and SSPF systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration
- Experience in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; English proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
