• Oversee our offices in the Caucasus and Central Asia;
• Develop and implement financial strategies;
• Lead the budgeting process;
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports;
• Implement cost control measures and monitor operational expenses;
• Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity;
• Assess financial and operational risks and develop strategies;
• Analyze financial data and metrics to drive accountability;
• Adopt a proactive approach to anticipating internal and external concerns.

• At least 8 - 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance;
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Good command of English and Russian;
• Has the ability to provide big picture strategic thinking, vision and insights to drive big ideas and initiatives;
• Possess collaborative leadership skills that encourage team cooperation and motivate relationship-building;
• Is self-confident in oral, written, strategic and analytical abilities;
