  • Collect, verify, and consolidate operational and performance data from SOCAR’s Refinery & Petrochemical Segment's assets located across different regions, including both local and international operations;
  • Prepare structured analytical reports and summaries based on data received from internal departments and regional downstream assets;
  • Support the timely submission of reporting inputs to the employee responsible for dashboard preparation and visualization;
  • Ensure that all shared data for reporting and dashboard purposes is complete, validated, and properly formatted;
  • Develop and maintain standardized report templates in MS office, and other applicable tools to support consistent reporting across all downstream assets;
  • Conduct analytical assessments on process and business performance data to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities;
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including visual summaries and management presentations for departmental and corporate reviews;
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support, including research, benchmarking, and performance reviews related to operational and transformation initiatives;
  • Maintain proper documentation and archiving of reports on a designated internal system to ensure accessibility and traceability;
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure data consistency and completeness;

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in reporting, business analysis, or related functions;
  • Understanding of corporate reporting cycles;
  • Research and data interpretation skills;
  • Analytical and critical thinking;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment;
  • Time management and organizational skills;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Turkish and English;
  • Proficiency in MS office;
  • Knowledge and experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI, are desirable;
  • Reporting-focused training programs, data analysis, or business analytics courses will be considered an advantage.
