- Handle incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner;
- Accurately record reservation details and inform relevant departments of VIP arrivals;
- Identify and document special billing instructions; coordinate credit approvals with the Revenue Manager;
- Maintain an organized and systematic reservation filing system;
- Support maximum hotel occupancy by ensuring accurate room inventory control;
- Record and manage requests for special accommodations and suites;
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and reservation requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Tələblər
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry;
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani (both written and spoken); Turkish is an advantage;
- Mandatory experience with Opera PMS (hotel management software);
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, or meetings & events is preferred;
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills;
- Strong time management and organizational abilities;
- High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach;
- Team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
