  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate retail clients;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, providing top-tier service and day-to-day support;
  • Monitor account performance and collaborate with clients to optimize sales strategies and product placement;
  • Create and execute tailored sales plans and promotional activities;
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Deliver regular training to retail sales staff on products and sales techniques;
  • Ensure strong brand presence and luxury standards across retail locations;
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to refine strategies;
  • Submit regular performance and market analysis reports to senior management;
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings;
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment;
  • Conduct regular store visits to strengthen relationships with retail teams;

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail account management (preferably in luxury cosmetics or fragrance);
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and meeting targets;
  • Strong understanding of the premium beauty industry and retail market dynamics;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijan, Russian and English (upper-intermediate level is a plus);
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and store assessments.
