- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate retail clients;
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing top-tier service and day-to-day support;
- Monitor account performance and collaborate with clients to optimize sales strategies and product placement;
- Create and execute tailored sales plans and promotional activities;
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Deliver regular training to retail sales staff on products and sales techniques;
- Ensure strong brand presence and luxury standards across retail locations;
- Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to refine strategies;
- Submit regular performance and market analysis reports to senior management;
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings;
- Work closely with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment;
- Conduct regular store visits to strengthen relationships with retail teams;

Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in retail account management (preferably in luxury cosmetics or fragrance);
- Proven success in driving sales growth and meeting targets;
- Strong understanding of the premium beauty industry and retail market dynamics;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijan, Russian and English (upper-intermediate level is a plus);
- Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and store assessments.
