• Complete required internal trainings provided via online internal learning platform and continually progress on learning path and certifications on the subject.
• Design, develop, and implement RPA and IA solutions using industry-leading platform by Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop reusable and scalable RPA components, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Test, debug, and deploy RPA solutions, ensuring flawless execution and performance.
• Monitor and maintain deployed RPA solutions, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Document processes and solutions clearly and concisely for future reference and training purposes.

• Bachelor degree in business, IT, engineering, mathematics, science, or other relevant discipline
• Strong understanding of automation principles and industry best practices
• Strong problem-solving, process mapping, and analytic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of team
• Solid knowledge at least in one of mentioned programming language like Python, C#, Java, JavaScript
• A proven combination of technical and interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach
• Continuous learning mindset and passion for innovation
• Familiarity with RPA technology is an advantage
