The Sales Executive is a professional responsible for setting annual sales targets for the company and working towards achieving them with the support of the Director of Sales & Marketing. The role is based on developing strategies to identify new prospects and sales potential, and converting them into paying customers or clients.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs;
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and social media;
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
- Provide frequent feedback and reports with sales and financial data;
- Ensure the availability of stock d resources for sales and demonstrations;
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences;
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
- Collect feedback from clients or prospects and share it with relevant internal departments;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients and work towards achieving sales targets, thereby increasing business/employment;
- Develop and maintain new business wherever possible from assigned market segments and business sources;
- Attend briefings when required;
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ sales and marketing promotions and activities;
- Continuously improve product knowledge;
- Respond to any changes in departmental functions as dictated by the company or hotel;
- Attend training sessions and meetings when required;
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned;

Tələblər
- 1+ year of experience in a relevant field;
- Foreign languages: Russian and English;
- Personal qualities: strong communication with clients, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work in a team, accuracy, responsibility, goal orientation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
