- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics in Azerbaijan Market;
- Explore , Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service;
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of logistics solutions;
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge;
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs;
- Prepare Weekly/Monthly sales plans and reports with regular updates for management.
Tələblər
- Proven experience in sales within the service , Hospitability or freight forwarding or logistics industry;
- Strong knowledge of international trade and logistics services (air, sea, and road freight);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
