- Organising sales through phone calls with local and international client databases;
- Holding meetings with clients;
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients;
- Negotiating and concluding contracts;
- Selling additional services (sponsorship packages, marketing services);
- Preparing project (exhibition) concepts;
- Developing sales materials;
- Processing sales databases;
- Promoting projects (preparing and updating corporate website content, organising supporting events, direct mailing and emailing campaigns);
- Collecting payments;
- Coordinating work with marketing, technical and administrative departments;
- Preparing exhibition reports.

- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both written and spoken);
