  • Seeton Azerbaijan is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.
  • This position is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about developing long-term customer relationships, achieving ambitious sales targets and contributing to Seeton's success in the IT market.
  • The Sales Manager will focus on establishing partnerships, seeking new business opportunities and promoting Seeton's solutions in the field of IT and system integration.
  • Location: Baku, Office-based, Full-time

Main responsibilities

  • Effectively represent the company with a deep understanding of its products, solutions and competitive advantages.
  • Researching customer needs and determining how Seeton's solutions can meet them.
  • Generating new opportunities (lead generation) and developing the customer base.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships — both with new and existing partners.
  • Negotiating with customers, discussing commercial terms and closing deals in line with the sales plan.
  • Positioning the company's IT solutions in line with customer needs, using a consultative approach to sales.
  • Monitoring the market, competitive environment and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts, maintaining an accurate database of customers and commercial information.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical support, pre-sales, customer service) to ensure quality customer service.
  • Providing after-sales support and developing long-term partnerships with customers.

Tələblər

  • Higher education (preferably in business, marketing or IT).
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager in an IT or integration company.
  • Successful experience in achieving goals and fulfilling sales plans.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Business orientation, understanding of the IT market and customer needs.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle — from planning to closing the deal.
