  • ALCO LLC is a leading international manufacturer of lubricants and specialty chemicals based in Azerbaijan. The company exports high-quality lubricants, chemicals, and additives to more than 60 countries worldwide under well-known global brands such as Aminol, Eurotec Lubricants, and Tomoil Lubricants.
  • With a strong product portfolio, advanced production capabilities, and an ambitious international team, ALCO competes successfully in global markets. We are now looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our growing international sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and develop long-term relationships with distributors and strategic partners worldwide
  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across international markets
  • Drive sales growth and expand ALCO’s presence in global markets
  • Represent ALCO at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and meetings with key clients
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, R&D, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions for international customers
  • Analyse market trends and contribute to the development of ALCO’s global sales strategy

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Genuine interest in international sales, distribution models, and B2B growth strategies
  • Professional fluency in English and Russian (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client visits, exhibitions, and training programmes
  • Strong presentation and organisational skills
