- Research and analyze key market trends and customer needs;
- Operate in accordance with the company’s sales procedures;
- Review pending orders and special customer requests to ensure excellent customer experience;
- Propose improvements to the sales process when required;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s objectives;
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities;
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with key accounts;
- Conduct market research, collect demand insights, and provide industry development forecasts, working closely with the product team to enhance international sales;
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients, including wholesalers and retailers.
Location: 2 Sulh Str., Sumgait, Azerbaijan.
Shuttle bus service (from 20 Yanvar) and lunch are provided.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field;
- Proven experience in B2B retail experience;
- Several years of relevant experience, with a focus on foreign markets;
- Ability to build rapport with key clients;
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts;
- Strong analytical and managerial skills;
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent Azerbaijan, Russian and English.
