  • Research and analyze key market trends and customer needs;
  • Operate in accordance with the company’s sales procedures;
  • Review pending orders and special customer requests to ensure excellent customer experience;
  • Propose improvements to the sales process when required;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s objectives;
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities;
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with key accounts;
  • Conduct market research, collect demand insights, and provide industry development forecasts, working closely with the product team to enhance international sales;
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients, including wholesalers and retailers.

Location: 2 Sulh Str., Sumgait, Azerbaijan.

Shuttle bus service (from 20 Yanvar) and lunch are provided.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field;
  • Proven experience in B2B retail experience;
  • Several years of relevant experience, with a focus on foreign markets;
  • Ability to build rapport with key clients;
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts;
  • Strong analytical and managerial skills;
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively;
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent Azerbaijan, Russian and English.
