We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join the F1 Azerbaijan Project team on a temporary (2-month) contract. 

Location: Baku
Contract Duration: 2-Month

About the Role: As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations and client management, while supporting the team in delivering exceptional service for the F1 Azerbaijan Project.

• Maintain accurate customer records, proposals, contracts, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks;
• Support hotel and hospitality operations and coordinate the process with other relevant departments;
• Manage phone and email communications, ensuring timely responses;
• Support the sales team in day-to-day operations;
• Ensure all corporate contracts, billings, and related documents are processed accurately;
• Handle additional duties assigned by the Division Manager.
