  • Provide pricing and rental information based on customer requests;
  • Ensure that reservation and rental transactions are completed;
  • Follow up with customers who have rented vehicles or whose rental period is approaching and extend rental agreements if necessary;
  • Complete the paperwork for rented vehicles.
