- Assist Sales Managers in preparing commercial proposals, including technical specifications for equipment and consumables.
- Ensure that all sales transactions are accompanied with all necessary set of documents, according to country legislation and company policies.
- Manage administrative tasks to support the sales team and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, order issues, and account-related concerns promptly.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all orders and revisions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Account Manager, providing clients with necessary support and information.
- Support Sales manager with CRM activities, ensure that CRM contains updated information of the deal, including amounts, statuses and other aspects.

Tələblər
- Education: Higher education required.
- Azerbaijani native level and English language minimum at A1 level is the requirement, Ukrainian or Russian proficiency is strong asset.
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales support or channel sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Skills: Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel proficiency = mandatory) and experience managing sales documentation.
