- Account Management & Relationship Maintenance: Act as the key contact to establish and maintain solid strategic partnerships with clients. Deeply understand clients' pain points, risk challenges, and compliance requirements to provide solutions. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for ICT products and solutions within existing and potential client portfolios. Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical solution teams and pre-sales engineers to design and implement integrated ICT solutions for clients. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop competitive value propositions and technical presentations.
- Market & Product Insight: Continuously monitor industry technology trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in this industry. Provide market feedback to the product team to align the product roadmap with market demands.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales forecasts, account status updates, and performance reports for management review. Analyze client usage data to identify additional sales and service upgrade opportunities.
Tələblər
- At least bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 5–8 years` experience in customer engagement, partner management, service operations, or sales business support.
- Understanding of B2B business, project lifecycle, and service delivery processes.
- Ability to work with Multi-Country teams and partner ecosystems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
