- Lead consulting projects on the development of Digital/IT strategy, IT architecture, and target operating models for clients across various industries;
- Design target ERP system architecture and functional requirements, assess client readiness, and analyze business processes using TOGAF, BPMN, UML, and other frameworks;
- Conduct technology selection, cost-benefit analysis, and propose optimal IT solutions aligned with business goals;
- Evaluate IT governance and service delivery models (TOM), leveraging standards like COBIT and ITIL, and recommend improvements;
- Oversee junior team members: assign tasks, monitor progress, coach, and synthesize team output into clear, actionable insights;
- Prepare and deliver client-facing materials, including reports, presentations, and recommendations;
- Participate in business development by contributing to proposals, methodologies, and client communications.
Tələblər
- Have 3+ years of experience in developing Digital or IT strategy, IT architecture, or IT operating models (research, benchmarking, best practices);
- Can develop technology concepts and design target system architecture (e.g., as a business analyst or IT planning specialist);
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to find solutions in non-routine situations;
- Are familiar with ERP system design and corporate systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM, CBS, etc.);
- Have knowledge of IT frameworks and standards such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, BPMN;
- Communicate confidently in English (Upper-Intermediate+) and ideally also in Azerbaijani, Turkish, or Russian;
- Are detail-oriented, structured in thinking, and passionate about the quality of your contribution.
