- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor;
- Project Management: Lead and support consulting engagements from inception to completion. Develop project plans, allocate and manage resources, manage timelines to ensure successful project delivery;
- Product Development: Contribute to the development of new products and tailoring existing ones to address client-specific needs and industry trends. Provide actionable recommendations for improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness;
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants within the team. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize team performance and professional growth;
- Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and identification of new growth opportunities.

- Identification and assessment of gaps within clients' corporate governance frameworks, risk management practices, internal control systems, internal audit, and compliance functions;
- Providing strategic recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes, and developing a structured roadmap for improvements;
- Design and development of comprehensive risk management frameworks, including risk appetite statements, risk registers, and implementation of enterprise risk management (ERM) approaches;
- Development of internal control frameworks and evaluation methodologies in accordance with international standards (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000);
- Conducting independent internal audit assessments and providing advisory on internal audit strategy, structure, and audit methodologies;
- Design of compliance programs aligned with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices to mitigate compliance risks;
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions to improve governance, risk, and control awareness across client organizations;
- Supporting clients in the implementation of GRC technology solutions, including business requirements gathering, vendor selection, and end-user consulting;
- Leading client engagements, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality consulting services.
