- Preparing materials and reports in accordance with management assignments;
- Collecting, consolidating, and compiling unified reports;
- Analyzing report data, generating graphical representations in Excel, and preparing presentations in PowerPoint;
- Conducting business correspondence and responding to incoming letters and citizen appeals;
- Participating in environmental projects and preparing the associated project documentation;
- Organizing and participating in meetings related to environmental projects;
- Ensuring full compliance with SOCAR's internal corporate policies and workplace safety regulations.
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Ecology, Environmental Sciences, or a related field;
- At least 5 years work experience in the related field;
- Knowledge in SOCAR's environmental activities, Global trends and approaches to environmental protection in the oil and gas industry;
- Implementation and management of decarbonization projects;
- Low-carbon projects carried out within the framework of the energy transition (wind, solar, geothermal, etc.), their implementation and management;
- Adopted international regulatory and legal instruments on emissions reduction and the obligations arising therefrom;
- The global climate agenda and the principal challenges and priorities arising therefrom, with particular reference to the legislative framework of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of environmental protection;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office;
- Researching and consolidating required field-specific information from online sources;
- Leveraging AI tools and applications;
- Conducting official correspondence (letters, reports, etc.) with state institutions, external organizations and SOCAR subsidiaries;
- Coordination, information exchange, and organization of events within the relevant area of activity;
- Data analysis, digitization and visualization;
- Ability to quickly adapt to and work proficiently with new and varied software tools;
- Analyzing global decarbonization trends and integrating relevant best practices;
- Conducting professional correspondence with international partners and initiatives to foster and sustain collaborative relationships;
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English is required.
