- Supervise IFRS reporting at month-end closings;
- Analyse reconciliations and journal entries;
- Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines;
- Developing and maintaining financial reporting and analysis capabilities to provide senior management with accurate and timely financial and operational information;
- Generate financial reports and statements for review;
- Analyse financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions;
- Provide guidance to accountants when needed;
- Get involved in auditing activities as senior auditor;
- Evaluate the organization’s risk management and governance processes and contribute suggestions for improvement;
- Assist in special investigations and ad-hoc audit requests from management or the board;
- Review the work of junior staff, ensuring that audit conclusions are well-supported by evidence;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations;
- Participation in ERP system implementation;
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth;
- Take active role in preparation of Financial Reports, such as Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement, P&L and any other management reports;
- In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on);
- Free parking for ones who uses personal cars;
- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building;
- Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week).
Tələblər
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA is advantage);
- Certification of ACCA (minimum F7 or DipIFR), ACCA membership, CIA, CIMA or CFA is a big advantage;
- Min. 4 years relevant experience in financial reporting/auditing or both, 2 years in senior position (Work experience in Big 4 audit companies is an advantage);
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel;
- Working experience with accounting or ERP software;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Team player;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
