- Consolidate bi-weekly HR Management reports and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
- Lead key projects related to employee compensation, benefits, and engagement (including but not limited to grading, engagement survey, HR budgeting, employee engagement events and event organization)
- Ensure compliance of HR documentation with the Labor Code, governmental and internal regulations and SOCAR policy/procedures.
- Formalize orders, employment contracts, amendments, and terminations through the EMAS system if necessary.
- Prepare, track, and monitor annual leave schedules and other related plans/budgets.
- Audit employee personnel files and HR data bases on quarterly basis.
- Prepare internal presentations, memos, and reports.
- Manage and optimize processes related to business trips, leaves, non-working days, and other HR administrative activities.
- Collaborate with other HR functions and line managers to make sure all formalization processes are in place.
- Prepare required documentation for HR audits and inspections.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification is a must (min SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 3 or relevant).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR (experience at Senior Specialist level is preferred). Experience in HR audits and/or HR Business Partnership is an advantage.
- Strong practical knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Strong Reporting Skills in MS Excel/Power BI and Power Point.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English.
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and time management skills.
