- Collaborating internally with HR teams to identify HR system and process flaws, recommend improvements, and support their implementation;
- Participating in the development, testing, and implementation of new or modified systems to meet evolving business requirements;
- Performing day-to-day system administration tasks, including troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions;
- Monitoring and managing system jobs, synchronizations, and integrations between SAP and SuccessFactors;
- Providing necessary actions for the implementation and continuous improvement of system-related issues;
- Collaborating with IT and relevant subject matter experts to identify issues and design cost-effective system solutions that meet business needs;
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that streamline and automate HR processes;
- Providing comprehensive support across all modules of SuccessFactors to ensure seamless system operation and user satisfaction;
- Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR and payroll data across all systems;
- Regularly auditing and validating data within SuccessFactors and integrated systems to detect and resolve inconsistencies or errors;
- Working closely with HR, and IT teams to establish and maintain data quality standards and controls;
- Implementing automated processes and tools that enhance data accuracy and reduce manual errors.
Tələblər
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS system implementation and management, specifically with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors;
- At least 5 years of professional experience working within the HR field;
- Strong planning and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Good command of both Azerbaijani and English languages, in verbal and written communication;
- Experience with HRIS platforms used in the company (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, 1C) is a plus.
