• Develop and implement external communication strategies aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives.
• Prepare high-quality press releases, articles, public statements, speeches, and external announcements.
• Manage relationships with media representatives, journalists, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate media coverage, interviews, and public relations activities to strengthen the company’s reputation.
• Create and manage content for corporate social media platforms, website updates, and external newsletters.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and tone of voice across all external communication channels.
• Support employer branding and corporate reputation initiatives through effective communication campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage and public perception, preparing regular communication and reputation reports.
• Organize external events, press conferences, sponsorship activities, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather accurate information for public communication materials.
• Manage communication during crisis situations and prepare timely external responses when required.
• Track communication campaign performance and analyzing engagement metrics to improve effectiveness.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in external communications, corporate communications, PR, or media relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English.
• Strong media relations and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in content creation for digital platforms and social media management.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and audience-oriented communication materials.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with media monitoring and communication analytics tools is an advantage.
• Social Media Targeting Experience 
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
