• Carry out research into new products, materials, and technologies in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Regularly research and analyze existing and emerging technologies, production methods, and international best practices in the textile industry
• Conduct research aimed at improving product quality, durability, and functionality
• Develop proposals for product improvement and cost reduction
• Prioritize R&D projects, prepare roadmaps, and monitor their implementation
• Perform initial technical and economic evaluations of incoming technical proposals and ideas
• Conduct comparative analyses of vendor information, test results, and risks related to new materials and technologies
• Ensure alignment of R&D activities with the company’s production and business priorities
• Prepare technical reports to support management decision-making on R&D projects
• Participate in the development of sample products and verify compliance with technical specifications
• Propose new methods to improve efficiency in existing production processes
• Prepare periodic reports on the activities of the structural unit and submit them accordingly
• Coordinate the implementation of R&D projects in collaboration with production, quality control, design, and planning departments
• Monitor pilot production processes, analyze results, and ensure necessary adjustments are made

Working Conditions:

• Location: Sumgayit
• Work schedule: 5 days per week
• Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30
• Salary: To be determined during the interview based on the candidate’s knowledge and skills

• Higher education degree
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant field (experience in the textile industry is preferred)
• Proficiency in IT resources and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English language proficiency
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide well-reasoned recommendations
