• Provide Initial Training: Conduct initial training on occupational health and safety, technical safety, and environmental protection for newly appointed employees (including transfers between positions). Also oversee periodic, unscheduled, and one-time trainings.
• Implement Quality Control Systems: Implement and develop quality control systems to ensure services are in compliance with Huawei Technologies Azerbaijan LLC's quality standards.
• Improve Quality Assurance: Develop and implement methods and processes aimed at improving quality assurance within the company.
• Propose Measures for Quality Improvement: Propose measures to enhance quality in service processes.
• Participate in Planning and Execution: Participate in the planning and execution of activities related to quality control, occupational health, safety, fire protection, and environmental protection within the department.
• Coordinate Activities and Investigate Delays: In case of delays in department activities, investigate the causes and report findings to the manager.
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Participate in ensuring compliance with legislation and Huawei Technologies LLC internal regulations regarding quality control, health, safety, fire protection, and environmental protection. Provide methodical support to field engineers and supervisors and issue mandatory instructions.
• Collect and Process Data: Participate in the collection, processing, and transmission of data related to quality control, occupational health, safety, and environmental protection from both Huawei Technologies LLC and subcontractors.
• Investigate Incidents: Participate in investigating incidents, analyzing results, and reporting findings to the manager.
• Develop Action Plans: Contribute to the development of action plans to improve working conditions in line with the department's goals.
• Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on department activities in accordance with internal procedures.
• Organize Medical Examinations: Assist in organizing regular medical check-ups for employees and in preparing lists of employees who have undergone medical examinations.
• Conduct Investigations of Accidents: Participate in accident investigations and ensure appropriate actions are taken in accordance with legal requirements.
• Ensure Proper Use of Safety Equipment: Participate in ensuring that employees are provided with the necessary collective and individual protective equipment in line with legal requirements and internal standards.
• Coordinate Inspections: Participate in government audits and inspections as required.
• Familiarize Employees with Internal Procedures: Ensure that employees working at Huawei Technologies LLC's administrative office are familiar with internal procedures, rules, and guidelines related to quality control, health and safety, and environmental protection.
• Ensure Execution of Signed Contracts: Ensure the execution or involvement in the execution of signed contracts related to the department's activities.
• Coordinate and Implement Workplace Attestation: Coordinate and oversee the workplace attestation process and ensure that the necessary action plans are developed and executed.
• Prepare and Execute Plans for Safety and Environmental Protection: Assist in the preparation of plans and recommendations aimed at improving safety, preventing accidents, and enhancing environmental protection within the company.
• Develop Internal Documentation: Participate in the development of internal documents, rules, guidelines, and other relevant materials related to quality control, health and safety, technical safety, fire protection, and environmental protection.
• Conduct Audits and Inspections: Conduct audits, monitoring, and inspections within the department’s scope and prepare reports to the manager.
• Propose Measures for Quality Improvement: Propose measures to enhance quality in service processes.
• Participate in Planning and Execution: Participate in the planning and execution of activities related to quality control, occupational health, safety, fire protection, and environmental protection within the department.
