- Develop and implement a unified social media strategy aligned with brand positioning and business goals;
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, and social activations for promotions, product launches, and brand awareness;
- Collaborate with designers, motion creators, and copywriters to produce engaging visual and written content;
- Tailor content tone, format, and creative style to suit each platform;
- Grow and manage an active online community by responding to messages, comments, and user inquiries;
- Initiate and manage engagement activities such as giveaways, live sessions, polls, and UGC campaigns;
- Own and drive performance on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram;
- Monitor and optimize platform-specific promotions and support initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams;
- Track KPIs and generate actionable reports on performance, engagement, and ROI;
- Use insights to optimize content strategy, posting schedule, and audience targeting;
- Work closely with performance marketing, commercial, and customer care teams for cohesive messaging;

Tələblər
- Experience: 3–4 years in social media marketing or digital content roles;
- Track Record: Proven experience in managing and scaling social accounts across multiple platforms;
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of trends and formats on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram;
- Languages: Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is a strong plus);
- Skills: Excellent communication, copywriting, creative thinking, and visual storytelling;
- Tools: Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms;
- Industry Background (Preferred): E-commerce, lifestyle, or retail.
