- Manage and administer the social media accounts of the education center (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and implement weekly and monthly content strategies and editorial calendars.
- Prepare high-quality written content for social media platforms (copywriting).
- Generate creative concepts for posts, stories, reels, and video-based content.
- Coordinate the development of visual materials in collaboration with designers and videographers.
- Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns via Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate advertising performance and page analytics, and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure that inquiries received through social media channels are directed to the sales and registration team.
- Monitor emerging social media trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance the platform’s development.
- Implement strategic initiatives aimed at increasing audience engagement and follower growth.
- Organize and coordinate short photo and video production sessions when required.
- Conduct competitor analysis and relevant market research to support digital marketing strategies.
Employment Information.
- Work Schedule: Six days per week - Five days: 10:00 – 19:00, Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00 (short working day)
- Salary: To be determined during the interview based on the candidate’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
- Annual salary adjustment based on performance evaluation.
- Opportunities for career advancement from Specialist to Senior Specialist, Lead Specialist, and other higher professional positions.
- Employment in accordance with an official labor contract.
- Location: Ataturk Avenue 39A, StudyLab Education Center.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with major social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
