  • Manage and administer the social media accounts of the education center (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop and implement weekly and monthly content strategies and editorial calendars.
  • Prepare high-quality written content for social media platforms (copywriting).
  • Generate creative concepts for posts, stories, reels, and video-based content.
  • Coordinate the development of visual materials in collaboration with designers and videographers.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns via Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate advertising performance and page analytics, and prepare periodic reports.
  • Ensure that inquiries received through social media channels are directed to the sales and registration team.
  • Monitor emerging social media trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance the platform’s development.
  • Implement strategic initiatives aimed at increasing audience engagement and follower growth.
  • Organize and coordinate short photo and video production sessions when required.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and relevant market research to support digital marketing strategies.

Employment Information.

  • Work Schedule: Six days per week - Five days: 10:00 – 19:00, Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00 (short working day)
  • Salary: To be determined during the interview based on the candidate’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
  • Annual salary adjustment based on performance evaluation.
  • Opportunities for career advancement from Specialist to Senior Specialist, Lead Specialist, and other higher professional positions.
  • Employment in accordance with an official labor contract.
  • Location: Ataturk Avenue 39A, StudyLab Education Center.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably within the education sector.
  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience with major social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
