InterContinental Baku Hotel is looking to hire a Spa Receptionist.

Your day to day

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible in coordinating Spa-related activities including but not limited to and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, booking, cashiering and attending to guest needs, enquiries, and complaints. You will also promote our products and services in Spa including those of the hotel to maximise revenue opportunities.

What we need from you

High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of guest/customer service experience. Hotel experience and some college preferred. Must speak fluent English and Russian. Other languages preferred.

This job requires ability to perform the following:

• Speak, listen, and use a keyboard to type or route messages.
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests and employees.
• Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing departmental records/logs and taking messages for guests or hotel staff.

May be required to work weekends, and/or holidays.
