- Monthly planning for the implementation of the sales plan
- Determining the need for staff training and submitting an application for the organization of a training event;
- Evaluation of personnel on work processes and providing feedback to the manager, HR;
- Statement and control of daily tasks in the store;
- Conducting daily meetings with staff for the purpose of training, working out effective sales methods;
- Management of the order of goods and balances in the warehouse, the movement of goods
- Compliance with and control over the implementation of store standards;
- Implementation of work with the cash register and observance of cash discipline;
- Compliance with and control of merchandising rules;
- Ensuring the operation of the store in accordance with the law (compliance with safety and fire safety).
Tələblər
- Experience as a store manager - 3 years;
- Experience in sales - in stores selling technics - required;
- Good communication skills, competent speech;
- Knowledge of Apple products will be your big plus;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian;
- Knowledge of English is welcome.
