  • Lead the development of project ideas and proposals;
  • Coordinate fundraising efforts and strategies to secure financial support;
  • Prepare concept notes and project proposals, including budgeting;
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with companies and other organizations;
  • Expand existing partnerships through targeted engagement and communication strategies;
  • Oversee PR direction for the department;
  • Collaborate with the PR team—including specialists in social media marketing and graphic design—to create and implement marketing strategies;
  • Monitor and report on the activities of the Career Center;
  • Provide guidance to the coordinator, ensuring effective execution of events and programs;
  • Oversee the Innovation Center’s activities and outcomes;
  • Support the coordinator in event organization and process development;
  • Collaborate with student clubs to enhance their activities and initiatives;
  • Assist in the organization and implementation of events for student engagement;
  • Plan and execute international conferences and events aligned with Ufaz’s strategic themes and interests;
  • Ensure events cater to various stakeholders and enhance the organization’s profile;

Tələblər

  • Master’s degree in education management, business administration or similar field;
  • Proven experience in partnership management, project development, or a related area;
  • Strong understanding of PR, marketing strategies, and fundraising;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently;
  • Experience working with students and educational institutions is highly desirable;
  • Project management and organizational skills;
  • Leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams;
  • Analytical skills to assess partnership potential and effectiveness;
  • Creativity in developing strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.
