İş haqqında məlumat
- Prepare and submit all statutory reports in accordance with tax obligations of clients;
- Manage all bank and cash transactions (preparing payment orders, expense reports and other related documents);
- Prepare clients’ commercial sales invoices;
- Make accounting entries based on clients’ transactions in accounting software (1C, SAP or other);
- Prepare payroll calculations;
- Assist in preparation of management and financial reports;
- Handle disputes and correspondence with state tax authorities on behalf of clients;
- Timely respond clients’ queries;
- Carry out month-end closing processes;
- Supervise and lead junior staff;
- Assist in conducting tax audit processes for clients;
- Perform other daily tasks as per the requirement.
Tələblər
- University degree in economics, finance, accounting and/or other related business disciplines;
- Strong knowledge in tax and labour legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Solid skills and working experience in MS Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and 1C accounting software (other accounting software is an advantage);
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the related filed;
- Pre-intermediate level of English (Russian is an advantage);
- Professional qualifications are an additional advantage (such as ACCA F3, F7, PMS);
- Strong motivation for growth and professional development;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines;
- Problem-solving and decision- making skills.
