- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and content creators to design user-friendly websites, landing pages, apps, and digital products;
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively;
- Build and customize websites using WordPress (Elementor) and other no-code tools when needed;
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines while optimizing for usability and conversions;
- Stay updated with design trends, no-code innovations, and emerging tools to continuously improve design quality;
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for brand concepts and social media content;
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Tələblər
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency environment;
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools;
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards;
- Ability to create both low- and high-fidelity prototypes;
- Strong aesthetic sense and refined graphic design skills;
- Experience with no-code website building (WordPress, Elementor, or similar platforms) is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus;
- English: at least conversational level (fluency not required; Russian language is a plus);
- Education or certification in a design-related field is an advantage.
